3 of my favorite TRX moves for shoulders
1. TRX rear delt flies
2. TRX rotater cuff pulls
3. TRX rear delt rows
These moves are targeted for functional strengthening of your shoulder joint - otherwise a delicate and ignored area. When you do all these moves make sure to not shrug, keep your shoulder blades back and locked and pull with your elbows. If your wrists hurt then adjust to proper form.
