It's March and I finally am ready to publish my first book in 2021 😊 after being utterly lost in cyber space, my Paleo Beginner's Guide is ready to be sent out to all of you later this week. Have you ever tried Paleo ?
Are we still arguing whether gluten and modern wheat containing products are bad for you ? The issue is not wheat itself. Rewind to centuries ago when we cultivated crops that were not genetically modified. The actual issue in the franken-wheat that has been genetically engineerd to yield faster and work better when we cook with it. A complete nutrient void food like product that is high in carbs and low in raw materials that the body actually needs. How hard is it to go gluten free? Not hard at all once you make up your mind. It is ok to love bread and pizza but let's not live in delusion. Your body needs nutrient dense foods such as complete protein, anti-oxidants and essential fats. If you are eager to reach your next level best then changes have to start with the food on our plate. What you eat is how your brain will perform.
