OK ya’ll, working out is very important to who I am.
I use it to
build discipline, strength, patience and focus
in ALL aspects of my life.
Through the art and discipline of working on my body, I have developed strength to handle this multitasking life I’ve been blessed with. It’s not easy, you know it. Being a wife, mother, daughter / daughter-in-law, sister, business-women and any other role we are fulfilling requires us to be the best of ourself. Practicing on focusing my full energy at one task (during working out) at a time helps me to reach my targets and smash my goals through all my work
