ACTION PLAN

Set up an appointment and prepare your materials for the initial meet. Initial meet up : thorough background checkup, understanding elderly nutrition and care, pay your fees. Your meal plan is completed in 3 -4 days. After completion, you will be need to set up second appointment to receive and understand the meal / exercise plan.

CARE GIVER COACHING

We love our parents, but we also need proper knowledge on how to look after them. Health coaching knowledge for you means you learn what is needed to look after your parents better. This coaching is done on the second consultation.

INTENSIVE EXERCISE PLAN

Exercise is immensely important for elderly patients. It keeps joints healthy, increases blood flow to organs, and muscles ; and improves immune function. If you chose to receive the exercise plan, you will also receive coaching on how to assist your elderly in performing these exercises.

24 HRS HEALTH COACHING ASSISTANCE

Got a quick question about exercise or eating? Don’t worry I got your covered! Once in this programme, I am automatically at your service 24 hrs a day to make sure your questions are answered satisfactorily. I even go a bit into research and latest findings to help you understand how the body works.
