Spicy Jungle Juice

OK so this one came about randomly. I ran out of anything green for my smoothie and had only grapefruit, and coriander. I needed something quick! I make our green smoothie everyday at the same time and drink it early in the day. I was panicking, until my eyes landed on a fresh batch of coriander sitting in the fridge. Huh…well this is gonna be interesting. I added grapefuit, coriander, 1 green chilli and a dash of rock salt; blended it on high and made this light green juice. THE FLAVOR BLEW MY MIND.

Have you ever had a  tangy drink? I call it jungle juice 😀 and you will fall in love with the exotic flavor too!

Jungle Juice is your new favorite 😉

Just some amazing benefits of coriander we miss. It’s great to add as garnishing to dishes, but we usually end up putting a tiny bit that doesn’t even end up in our stomach. Coriander is such an amazing superfood, we really don’t do it justice!

Did you know that, Coriander seeds from cilantro actually helps to support healthy menstrual function by helping regulate proper endocrine gland function, and the hormones that regulate menstrual cycles. In addition, coriander can help reduce the bloating, cramps, and pain during the cycle.

Results of the study showed that by supplementing antibiotic drugs with cilantro, cilantro is able to rid the body of the heavy metal toxins, and keep the infections from arising again. Cilantro’s superior detoxing ability is why I include it in my heavy metal detox regimen, especially those suffering from thyroid issues such as PCOS.
