Crash: Actually, it was not bad. Most days there was no horrible crash. We compare the “crash” to what it would feel like if we didn’t take pre-workout at all, and with this one it was a smooth transition when the stimulant wore off.
Dosage: I take one whole scoop and mix it with water. For you, you may be more sensitive to caffeine. So start with a half scoop and see how you feel. If you get itches anywhere then don’t worry, it’s the beta-alanine that causes extra blood flow.
