Time for the victory dance guys ! By now you should have perfected it and added some original moves. Mine got alot better too, LOL. Gluten free oatmeal cookies for the win!
The cutest cookies came out when I rolled the dough between my palms and it came out beautifully ball shaped. Pop one in your mouth and YAAASSS!
Ingredients:
Wet
- 1 whole egg
- 100 grams of butter
- A splash of dairy free milk : I love almond milk
Dry
- 2 heaping scoops of MyProtein Gluten Free Oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
Process
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Mix wet ingredients well. You can process in a food processor, or grinder or even use whisk. I used a whisk and it worked out just fin toe. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Make sure there is no lumps. Mix will be sticky. On a baking tray, you can roll the dough in between your palms or you can drop by spoonfuls. I’ve done both and it turned out great. The ball ones were super cute. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Yep, that’s it.
